Maruthi's Milestone:

startin in mid-january 1982 running for partnership with main auto makers like daihatsu,nissan and mistubishi maruthi finally got a call from suzuki motor corporation for venturing into partnership with SMc after diahatsu fiasco.mr.shino nakanishi who was a young overseas executive in overseas marketing department currently the MD and CEO of indian market finally ended up with talks in manufacturing an 800cc car.Havin faith and keepin politicians at bay maruthi rolled out first 192 cars in 1983 with only MRF tyres and exide battries contribution to the 800cc vehicle manufactured which was a mere 2.76% share of indian parts. with going past many years maruthi took 11 years to produce a million cars.finally it ended up with a milestone of acheiving a million car make out on 23rd march 2010 in a year.maruthi helped suzuki get to the top 10 amongst major international car manufactures and also to nineth spot among car majors in the world!with todays market facing a lot of competition in the indian base ,major auto makers rolling out thier small cars like toyota,honda,ford,nissan,volkswogen in the indian segment maruthi would be aiming to high in the market.With maruthi stlye of management havin a co-management -one japanese manager and indian manager in every division and also having a special R&D facilitesto come up in india a new design for cars for indian roads will make maruthi dominance in indian auto industry.Even TATA s NANO revolution in auto industry after maruthi 800 revolution in 1983 made a huge impact in the india.with now the bharath IV norms to be upgraded in each cars rolling out from april 1 in 13 cities maruthi 800 could not meet up the standards of the fuel stage,planning to stop the sales of 800 in 13 cities will be a bit bite for maruthi ltd.

Women into Elections

Happy women's day!!we are all aware of the progress made by women in these days,marking an important women's day for indian women with the government passing its women's reservation bill(108th constitution amendment bill) which will provide a 33% reservation for women in parliment and legistative assemblies.Being said to be a democratic country till now we dont have a 33% reservation for women in the country.BJP ,CPI and left will mend with the UPA in passage of bill.Sp leader mulayam singh and RJD chief lallu prasad were against it.mulayam singh who wants the bill to have a quota within a quota for giving oppurtunities to dalit,OBC and muslims womens.one must make sure of the fact that he is intoducing communalism by supporting muslims and against hindus in reservations.he is playing a dangerous role with a focus on minority votes.having only a vote of 26 MPs each of 22 From SP and 4 from RJD congress could have gone in favour of passage of the bill but instead a shame face appeared for the government and they dint have the strategy to control these oppsing members in the house.BJP and left would have been a silent observer for the happenings between congress and these two parties.The bill was sheduled to pass the next day.my view is that instead of havin a 33% reservation in the parliment it is better to have 33% reservation seats in each of the parties contesting for elections,which will have a better outcome having no parties to deny with their reservation seats for women.one should be aware that the loksabha elections are far away with the government having the time to structre the bill .HOpe the bill will be passed with the support from the entire parlimentary house will be a victory for congress, will be a great milestone in the politics.
